主讲人简介:

        Helfer 教授是国际法和国际组织、国际争端解决、人权、国际知识产权与政策领域 的专家，目前是杜克大学(Duke University)国际与比较法中心的联合主任，也是 杜克大学 Kenan Institute for Ethics的高级研究员。

        Helfer 教授曾经执教于哈佛大学、普林斯顿大学以及芝加哥大学等知名大学的法学院。研究成果丰富，在其所研究领域发表 70多部著作，最新著作有:
        Transplanting International Courts: The Law and Politics of the Andean Tribunal of Justice (Oxford University Press, 2017); The World Blind Union Guide to the Marrakesh Treaty: Facilitating Access to Books for Print-Disabled Individuals (Oxford University Press, 2017); Human Rights and Intellectual Property: Mapping the Global Interface (Cambridge University Press, 2011) and Human Rights (2d ed., Foundation Press, 2009). He has also published Intellectual Property and Human Rights (Edward Elgar, 2013) .
